Are paper sheets included in the per-page rate?
Yes! Every quote and table rate includes standard branded paper (75 GSM copier for A4, 90 GSM bond for CAD, etc.). There are no separate "paper sheet" charges.
How does double-sided (back-to-back) pricing work?
We charge per printed side (page). For standard A4 double-sided, it is ₹1.25 per side (₹2.50 per sheet), which drops down to ₹1.00 per side for bulk and ₹0.50 per side for wholesale 500+ page orders.
Can I pay via UPI or PhonePe at the counter?
Yes. We accept Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and cash. Most orders are paid at pickup after you check them; hard binding and orders of ₹500 or more need a 50% advance before printing.
Can I get my order delivered to my hostel or PG?
Yes! Once printed and bound, we can dispatch your job via Porter two-wheeler courier directly to your hostel gate anywhere in Lucknow (Amity, IET, BBAU, Gomti Nagar Extension).
What should I send with my file?
A PDF if possible (fonts and page numbers stay exactly as you see them), plus the number of copies, B&W or colour, single or double-sided, and the binding. For bound reports, leave a slightly wider inner margin. We confirm the price before printing.
Is it busy during exam season?
Yes, December–January and April–May are our busiest months. Turnaround stays the same, but please send files at least 1 day before a submission deadline. The 90-minute express slot may not be available at peak hours, so call ahead.
