FILE REQUIREMENTS

How to Prepare Your Design File

Follow these steps to ensure your poster or certificate prints exactly as designed.

Export as High-Res PDF

Use PDF with 300 DPI or higher. Low-res files will print blurry — we will warn you before proceeding.

Set to CMYK Color Mode

RGB colors shift on print. Set Photoshop/Illustrator to CMYK before exporting for accurate color output.

Add 3mm Bleed

If your design has color/images going to the edge, add 3mm bleed on all sides to avoid white borders after trimming.

Embed Fonts

Flatten text or embed fonts in your PDF to prevent font substitution on our end.

Check Dimensions

Verify your canvas/artboard size matches 12×18, 13×19, or A3 exactly before exporting.

Posters & Certificates — FAQs

What paper size is standard for a conference poster?

Most college conferences use A1 (594×841mm) or 12×18 inch sheets. We print both. Confirm your department requirement before ordering.

Can I print personalized certificates in bulk?

Yes — bring your certificate template as a PDF with variable name fields (or a list of names) and we print individual certificates at scale.

Do you offer lamination?

Yes — matte and gloss lamination is available as an add-on for all poster and certificate prints. Ask at the counter.

My design is on Canva — how do I export it?

In Canva: click Share → Download → PDF Print → tick "Crop marks and bleed" → Download. Send that PDF to us.

What if my print comes out with wrong colors?

We check your file before printing and warn you if colors are in RGB (which shifts on print). If we printed incorrectly, we reprint at no charge.

Can I print stickers in any shape?

We print rectangular sticker sheets. Custom-shaped die-cut stickers require referral to a specialty print vendor — we can connect you.
